I have ALOT of fixes that might work for just you. In my Case, I had just rebooted my computer to fabric settings and just downloaded and installed LoL but the launcher would not start. HERE: Before I get shit trashed on, this FIX will maybe only work for some of you people out there! I had this trouble myself, I posted it to euw so post starts.
